This 3-hour workshop will teach participants the myths, facts and realities of conducting transactions with multicultural home buyers and investors on a local and international level. Session 1 will focus on “How to Market and Sell in California” and Session 2 will focus on “How to Represent Buyers in International Markets, from China to Mexico to the Philippines.” The workshop is $20 per person and includes breakfast and lunch.
