SAMCAR Affiliate Membership

If you are engaged in activities related to the real estate profession and are not qualified for REALTOR® membership, we welcome your participation as an Affiliate member. Please fill out the application above and fax to SAMCAR. For questions regarding fees, please call SAMCAR at (650) 696-8200 and ask to speak with the Membership Department.

Affiliate Member Benefits

Affiliate Members are a very important part of the SAMCAR community. They have a representative serving on the SAMCAR Board of Directors and receive the same products and services as REALTOR® members, including member discounts on select store items and education classes. Only SAMCAR members are eligible to attend SAMCAR events and Marketing Meetings

Insurance Programs are available to affiliate members who also join the California Association of REALTORS®.
Affiliate-of-the-Year Award presented annually to acknowledge an affiliate member's services to the association, profession and community.

The SAMCAR Affiliate Council wants your help to build a robust Affiliate Membership Roster that will serve as a valuable resource to our REALTOR® and Broker members. Members who recruit the most number in every quarter will get a $25 Gift Certificate to your preferred store or coffee shop in San Mateo County and acknowledgement at the Combined Tour Meeting.
