Clarus MarketMetrics® Webinars

C.A.R. is offering a new series of webinars this month: “Clarus MarketMetrics®: The Next Step in Market Data Analysis”. Although the data used won’t necessarily be from the SAMCAR area, the in-depth coverage will be beneficial across different areas.

A Clarus MarketMetrics® product expert, Peter Krause, will conduct this webinar to review and demonstrate how to use the tools (Market Dynamics and Pricing Analysis) effectively so that you can communicate real time market information to your clients in a meaningful and intelligent manner. This course is a perfect follow-up to the introductory “Getting Started” webinar you might have previously attended. Peter is the founder of Clarus MarketMetrics® and a former REALTOR®. He will demonstrate how to use Pricing Analysis to visually show your clients where their property “fits’ into the market as a whole. You’ll learn how to then walk them through the price segment where you believe their property belongs (relative to current market conditions). Good things happen to well priced listings!
