Change of Office In order to notify SAMCAR and R.E.Infolink of your change, please download the forms above. Please fax both completed forms, including Broker's signature to SAMCAR at (650) 342-7509, attn: Membership. Transfer fee is $25.00, payable to SAMCAR. SAMCAR will also notify R.E.Infolink and PRDS of your change. Please allow up to 48 hours for all information to be processed.

Change of Mailing Address Please download the Member Change Form above and fax to SAMCAR at (650) 342-7509 with your personal mailing address. Please allow up to 48 hours for all information to be processed. Please call MLSListings, Inc. at (800) 546-5657 to change your billing/mailing address for your MLS payment invoices.
