Welcome to the San Mateo County Association of REALTORS® We are delighted to have you join our Association and we look forward to providing you with the services you need to prosper in today’s real estate profession.

When you joined the Association you were informed that your membership was provisional until completion of the required new member orientation and Code of Ethics training. Your scheduled orientation is on Tuesday, June 4 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. starting at the Elks Lodge, 229 W. 20th Avenue in San Mateo.

8:30 a.m. Elks Lodge, 229 W. 20th Ave., San Mateo
Your Orientation day will begin at the Combined Tour Meeting. The speaker on June 4 is C.A.R. Chief Economist Leslie Appleton Young.

10 a.m. Go on Tour. You will be given instructions at the end of the meeting.

12 p.m. SAMCAR, 850 Woodside Way, San Mateo
After Tour, meet us for lunch provided by SAMCAR and a special address by C.A.R. Vice President and Chief Economist Leslie Appleton-Young followed by the classroom part of your orientation. Your day will conclude with a reception where you will meet your SAMCAR Board of Directors.

This program satisfies the mandatory requirement for new member orientation. You will need to complete your quadrennial ethics training required by the National Association of REALTORS® online at www.realtor.org/code-of-ethics/training

Your membership includes benefits from all three levels of the Association structure—the National Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS® and the San Mateo County Association of REALTORS®. This structure ensures that your professional needs are met and that you have a way to connect on every level. This is also the day that you will take the REALTOR® Oath and be sworn in as a REALTOR® and receive your REALTOR® certificate.
