Sales Statistics are provided by MLSListings, inc. (formerly known as R.E. InfoLink) to the San Mateo County Association of REALTORS^® (SAMCAR) on a monthly basis as a service to our REALTOR^® members. These reports detail sales for single family residences and common interest developments (condominiums) and are made available as individual PDF files for each report period. Publication occurs on a calendar-year cycle with reports for each of the following periods:

• Monthly - available mid-month of the following month (e.g. August 2007 statistics are available in mid-September).
  
• Quarterly - available with the March (First Quarter); June (Second Quarter); September (Third Quarter); and following December (Fourth Quarter) monthly reports.
  
• Semi-Annual - available with the June and Second Quarter reports in mid-July and the December and Fourth Quarter reports in mid-January.
  
• Annual - available with the December and Fourth Quarter reports in mid-January.
