The San Mateo County Association of REALTORS® (SAMCAR) sponsors Tour and Marketing Sessions (Tour Meetings) in each of its Districts. The purpose of the Tour Meeting is to network and exchange information concerning properties on the market, learn new skills and information from guest speakers, and receive a list of the properties scheduled for showing that day.

Important MLS Tour Deadline Reminders

Broker/Property tours take place on Tuesdays.
The deadline for adding tours in the MLS is 11 a.m. on Mondays.
Entry deadlines are subject to change for holidays.
For Monday holidays, the tour deadline is the prior Friday at 11 a.m.

Tour Meeting Schedule for SAMCAR

Combined Tour Meeting
Held the first Tuesday of each month at the Elks Lodge, located at 229 West 20th Avenue in San Mateo. Doors open at 8 am and the meeting begins at 8:30 am

Central Tour Meeting
Meets every Tuesday except the first Tuesday of the month. Held at SAMCAR, located at 850 Woodside Way in San Mateo. Meeting begins at 8:30 am

North Tour Meeting
Meets every Tuesday except the first Tuesday of the month. Held at the SSF Municipal Building, located at 33 Arroyo Drive in South San Francisco. Meeting begins at 8:30 am.

South Tour Meeting
Meets every Tuesday except the first Tuesday of the month. Held at the Veteran's Memorial Building, located at 1455 Madison Avenue in Redwood City. Meeting begins at 8:30 am.

Pacifica
Meets every Tuesday (including the first Tuesday of the month). Held at the Pacifica Community Center, located at 540 Crespi Drive in Pacifica. Meeting begins at 9:30 am.

Half Moon Bay
Meets every Tuesday (including the first Tuesday of the month). Held at the Half Moon Bay Community Center, located at 535 Kelly Avenue in Half Moon Bay. Meeting begins at 9:00 am.

Tour Meeting Schedule for SILVAR
SILVAR's tour policy has been updated. Starting January 1, The Agent/Broker must enter "SILVAR" in the Association Tour 1 or Association Tour 2 field on a listing in order for it to appear on the SILVAR tour sheet. Please call SILVAR at (408) 200-0100 with questions.
Menlo Park/Atherton District Day: Tuesday Tour Time: 9:30 am - 1 pm Computer Deadline: Monday, 12 pm No tour meetings (there are bi-monthly district meetings at the Left Bank, 635 Santa Cruz Ave., Menlo Park).

Los Gatos/Saratoga District Day: Wednesday Tour Time: Valley: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm, Mountain:11:30 am - 2:00 pm Computer Deadline: Tuesday, 12 pm Tour Meeting: Every Wednesday Tour Meeting Location: Willow Street Wood-Fired Pizza, 20 S. Palo Alto District Day: Friday Tour Time: 9:30 am -1 pm Computer Deadline: Thursday, 12 pm Tour Meeting: Effective November 6, 2009 tour meetings will be once a month, usually on the first Friday of the month Tour Meeting Location: Avenidas Senior Center, 450 Bryant Street, Palo Alto Meeting Time: 8:30 am
