Home sales statistics data is provided by MLSListings, inc. to the San Mateo County Association of REALTORS® (SAMCAR) on a monthly basis as a service to our REALTOR® members. Scroll down to view these reports, which detail sales forsingle family residences and common interest developments (condominiums) and are made available as individual PDF files for each report period (MLSListings, Inc. prefers that SAMCAR only share sales statistics data in PDF format, not Excel). MLSListings also provides market data reports and MLSListings subscribers can access detailed statistics with Matrix (distribution of detailed sales data is for the exclusive use of MLSListings subscribers).
