The SAMCAR office is open 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Members are still encouraged to seek assistance via phone or email as most inquiries can be handled remotely, saving you a trip to our office.
SAMCAR staff monitor the association phone, voicemail and main email inbox during business hours.
If you reach out to SAMCAR, staff will act upon your message as soon as possible and you should received a reply within 1 to 2 business days. If there is a delay in our response, it may be that we are experiencing an unusually high volume of messages. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have submitted a membership application or member change form, membership staff will follow up with you to process your request.

To obtain new eKEY service, please follow these instructions.(note: eKEY service requires an active MLSListings subscription)
To purchase a Lockbox or Fob, please Contact Us and staff will follow-up with you for payment and to schedule a contactless pickup at the SAMCAR office.

Standard Broker Tour hours in San Mateo County are 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM on Tuesdays
Broker Tour is subject to Tour Policy & Etiquette
The deadline to enter a listing for the Tour Sheet is Monday at 12:00 PM, unless Monday is a holiday in which case the deadline is 12:00 PM on Friday
For consideration of SAMCAR's Best of Tour recognition, sign-in sheets must be submitted by 4:30 PM on Tuesday to samcar@samcar.org
