Marketing Meetings Committee

SAMCAR Members are invited to join our weekly Marketing Meeting each Tuesday morning on Zoom. These meetings are your chance to gain valuable knowledge from informative presentations, network with your colleagues, and share your listings. Presentation: "Home Warranty Panel" with Denise Ventura (HomeGuard Home Warranty), Margaret Faherty (Fidelity National Home Warranty), and Toni Burrows (Home Warranty of America)

Each Tuesday morning, SAMCAR hosts a weekly Marketing Meeting on Zoom welcoming more than 130 attendees. These meetings provide members an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge from informative presentations, network with colleagues, and share listings. Presenters enjoy an opportunity to educate and engage with a group of Realtors and affiliated professionals in the real estate industry. Learn more about presentation requirements and how to submit a request to present at a SAMCAR Marketing Meeting.

The SAMCAR Best of Tour award draws attention to the outstanding homes for sale in San Mateo County with a special yard sign and announcement on the following week's Marketing Meeting. To be considered, please submit a sign-in sheet to SAMCAR Staff from your Tuesday property tour listing before 4:30 PM (PT) on the tour date.

The SAMCAR Marketing Meetings Committee directed staff to conduct a survey in September 2023 to determine member attitudes about the format for weekly Marketing Meetings. Responses to this survey indicated a strong preference for continuing Tuesday morning meetings on Zoom. Read more for details about survey responses and conclusions by the Marketing Meetings Committee and SAMCAR Board of Directors for moving forward.
