Apply for REALTOR® Membership
In order to join SAMCAR as a REALTOR® member, please complete the "SAMCAR REALTOR® Application" form and submit by email to samcar@samcar.org
SAMCAR REALTOR® Application 
Staff will reach out to you by phone for payment of membership dues after receiving your application. Please allow 1 to 2 business days.
Both primary and secondary prospective Realtor members should complete the above application form. Please see below for an explanation of membership dues and information about Supra® eKEY service.

Key service requires an active MLSListings subscription.
Supra Key Agreement
Supra Non-Participation (for non-keyholders)
IMPORTANT! It is a violation of the Supra® Keyholder Agreement to lend or share your Supra® Key. SAMCAR will impose a FINE of $1,000 to anyone lending or sharing their key. ONLY the keyholder may use or be in possession of the key. |

Please complete a Member Change Form a new SUPRA Key Agreement
Change of Office
In order to notify SAMCAR and MLS Listings, Inc. of your change, please download the forms above. Please return both completed forms, including Broker's signature, to SAMCAR by e-mail to samcar@samcar.org or fax to (650) 342-7509, attn: Membership. Transfer fee is noted on the Member Change Form and is payable to SAMCAR. SAMCAR will also notify C.A.R., N.A.R., MLS Listings, Inc., and PRDS of your change. Please allow up to 48 hours for all information to be processed.

Please allow up to 48 hours for all information to be processed. Please call MLSListings, Inc. at (800) 546-5657 to change your billing/mailing address for your MLS payment invoices.
