Out of over 4,000 entries, SAMCAR Brand & Communications, the in-house creative and communications department with Director of Brand & Communications Dalen Gilbrech (credited as designer and creative director), was selected as a winner of Graphic Design USA (GDUSA) magazine's 63rd annual in-house design competition -- the 2026 American INHOUSE Design Awards™ -- in the "Announcements + Invitations" Category for the submission of the 2025 Member Appreciation BBQ invitation identity design system. The winning entry is featured on GDUSA's website and in the June 2026 print and digital editions of their nationwide magazine.

On Saturday, September 11, Pacific Coast TV honored SAMCAR REALTORS® Christine Stahl and Suzan Getchell-Wallace for their volunteerism and philanthropy in coastal communities alongside notable community figures as part of the stations 2021 Honors. Both have served as SAMCAR Committee chairs, notably on the SAMCAR Foundation Council, and Suzan Wallace is a past president and currently serves as treasurer on the SAMCAR Board of Directors. 2019 SAMCAR President Jesse D. Gutierrez and the Board of Directors were officially sworn in to their term by special guest Installation Officer, Ambassador Eleni Kounalakis, Lieutenant Governor of California, at SAMCAR's 2019 Installation dinner and ceremony on Friday, January 11, 2019 at the Pullman Hotel in Redwood City. Also honored were SAMCAR's Past Presidents, Outgoing Directors and Committee Chairs, and award winners for 2018 REALTOR® of the Year, 2018 Affiliate of the Year, 2018 Community Service Award, Homeowner Hero Awards, Government Affairs Champion, and Lifetime Achievement Award.
