Region 25 Chairs Recognized at Board Luncheon
On Thursday, December 15, SAMCAR Board of Directors and Staff gathered at Stamp Bar & Grill in San Carlos for a holiday luncheon where the three most recent Region 25 chairs were recognized for their service to the Association.

San Mateo County is Region 25 of the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.). The Region 25 Chair is, in most cases, the immediate past president of SAMCAR and serves as the representative of the State President and is responsible for the activity and strength to the local Association within the region.
Some of the responsibilities of the Regional Chair include:

Attend all C.A.R. Directors meetings and Regional meetings.

Organize and lead the caucus meetings and the State Director Meetings.

Ensure that the regional C.A.R. Directors are informed and know their duties.

Coordinate and host a function for State Elected Officials at C.A.R.'s Legislative Meetings in Sacramento.
