MLSListings and Omni MLS are utilizing the IntraMatrix application which means subscribers now have direct access to Omni's listings in Latin America. MLSListings has informed SAMCAR that many members are using the word "staged" in public remarks. The use of the word "staged" indicates that the listing is vacant. Public remarks are visible to anyone viewing the public listing information, including potential thieves. There have been recent reports of items from staged listings being stolen, including large appliances, such as refrigerators. It is not an MLS violation to use the word "staged", but you are encouraged to exercise caution when announcing a listing as "staged" in public remarks.

You can create your own custom daily Hotsheet using Matrix. This training video will show you how to set a Matrix Hotsheet search to determine the activity of listings in your market. It also offers you instruction on different display options and save search functions.

In response to direct user feedback and the needs of the MLS community, the MLSListings Board of Directors has extended the time limit on Coming Soon listings from 30 days to the term of the listing agreement.
