MLSListings Adopts Clear Cooperation Policy

SAMCAR is proud to announce the launch of our Realtor and Affiliate Wellness (RAW) Group, a program of the San Mateo County Association of REALTORS. RAW is a recovery-inspired support network designed to provide a safe, confidential space for members to share their experience, strength, and hope. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 25 at 2 PM at the SAMCAR office.

The National Association of REALTORS (NAR) has developed an office exclusive listing/pre-marketing guidance resource for brokers and their agents. This is designed to support the use of MLSs as pro-competitive, pro-consumer platforms by helping to ensure consistent compliance with MLS policies.

Starting June 4, 2026 SAMCAR will be providing our Supra keyholders with next-level eKEY app service as an upgrade included with your annual key service. Your key will automatically update to the new service level—Supra eKEY Professional. No additional action is required of you. Just start using the new Supra eKEY Pro App. Keyholders will also be able to control who and when can gain property access, such as plumbers, contractors, etc. with Single Access.
