Each Tuesday morning, SAMCAR hosts a weekly Marketing Meeting on Zoom welcoming more than 130 attendees. These meetings provide members an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge from informative presentations, network with colleagues, and share listings. Presenters enjoy an opportunity to educate and engage with a group of Realtors and affiliated professionals in the real estate industry. The SAMCAR Best of Tour award draws attention to the outstanding homes for sale in San Mateo County with a special yard sign and announcement on the following week's Marketing Meeting. To be considered, please submit a sign-in sheet to SAMCAR Staff from your Tuesday property tour listing before 4:30 PM (PT) on the tour date.

Tuesdays are your go-to day for property tours in San Mateo County! Broker Tour Day allows listing agents to showcase properties to fellow Realtors, attracting qualified buyers. This concentrated environment facilitates discussions and highlights unique features, increasing buyer interest. Tuesdays benefit both sides: sellers gain efficient exposure, while buyers' agents see a wider range of listings. The SAMCAR Marketing Meetings Committee directed staff to conduct a survey in September 2023 to determine member attitudes about the format for weekly Marketing Meetings. Responses to this survey indicated a strong preference for continuing Tuesday morning meetings on Zoom. MLSListings has made several enhancements to support virtual tours during shelter-in-place (SIP) orders. To most effectively help members access up-to-date virtual tour information, SAMCAR is sharing video instructions for how you can look-up listings with virtual tours on-demand using Matrix.
