Supra® Reciprocity with CRMLS Starts June 27, 2022

Effective June 27, 2022, SAMCAR Supra eKEYS and BT LE lockboxes may access and work in a greatly expanded area. SAMCAR and associations in the KIM Users Group (Bay East, Bridge, Contra Costa County, Delta, Monterey County, San Benito County, San Francisco, Santa Clara County, Santa Cruz County, Silicon Valley) have established automatic cooperative reciprocal key and lockbox access, at no additional fee or cost, with the forty associations that are members of CRMLS.

Metrolist and BAREIS, and associations covered by their MLS service (Sacramento and Central Valley, Marin and Sonoma counties, for example), are not part of this automatic reciprocal key access and agents seeking to access Metrolist or BAREIS lockboxes will still need to pay for cooperating key access with those MLSs. Discussions to include Metrolist and BAREIS in 2023 are ongoing. Also not included are the largest association (Greater LA) and MLS (CLAW) in Los Angeles County or the Greater San Diego AOR/Sandicor.
