YPN Volunteers Package Nutritious Food at Samaritan House
On Thursday, November 13, volunteers from SAMCAR's Young Professionals Network, SAMCAR YPN, visited Samaritan House to help package food items for distribution to our neighbors in need.
Volunteers Gianna Archini, Kaitlyn Sebastian, Danielle Shapiro, Shannon Wischer, Veronica Valentine, Angelica Luna and Dalen Gilbrech carefully sorted and assembled over 180 packages of nutritious produce and protein designed to provide complete, healthy meals for local families facing food insecurity.
The energy and focus of SAMCAR YPN volunteers helped ensure a high volume of goods were processed and ready for immediate distribution.
This critical volunteer effort highlights the indispensable work of Samaritan House in providing essential services and support to the residents of San Mateo County, while offering hands-on community service opportunities to demonstrate real estate professionals' ongoing commitment to giving back to the community where we live and work.
