Pacific Coast TV Honors Christine Stahl & Suzan Wallace
On Saturday, September 11, Pacific Coast TV honored SAMCAR REALTORS® Christine Stahl and Suzan Getchell-Wallace for their volunteerism and philanthropy in coastal communities alongside notable community figures as part of the stations 2021 Honors. Both have served as SAMCAR Committee chairs, notably on the SAMCAR Foundation Council, and Suzan Wallace is a past president and currently serves as treasurer on the SAMCAR Board of Directors. Sea Level Rise Disclosure in Statewide Buyer and Seller Advisory
A disclosure for Sea Level Rise is now within the Statewide Buyer and Seller Advisory (SBSA). The revised SBSA will be released in June 2021. Smart Coast California worked for over a year with C.A.R. on language for this disclosure. Thank you to everyone who was instrumental in making this happen.

Sharps Park Golf Course Project Gets Green Light
Earlier this month, the 20-member California Coastal Commission voted unanimously to grant the City and County of San Francisco a coastal development permit for work at Sharps Park Golf Course including pump house infrastructure improvements and dredging a new frog pond south of the course.
Pacifica: Courts Reject Lawsuit to Stop Highway 1 Widening
In a victory for the residents of Pacifica and for the safety of motorists traversing Highway 1, a San Mateo judge has rejected outright all claims by a handful of people who sought to stop the widening of State Route 1.
Pacifica Embarks on Major Sewer Upgrade
Brian Martinez (Collection System Manager) and Joshua Cosgrove (Assistant Collection System Superintendent) for the City of Pacifica have announced the city is undertaking a major sewer main replacement project.
