FAA Approves Use of Drones for Real Estate on Case-by-Case Basis
The FAA released a 26-page docket that grants REALTORS the right to use drones on a case-by-case basis. If you want to legally fly a drone to promote your real estate listings, it is imperative you read and follow ALL instructions in the FAA's docket and there's still no guarantee you'll be granted an exemption.

Obama: Won't Change Fannie and Freddie Without Legislation
President Obama stated he will not end government control of mortgage-finance companies Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac without legislation. SAMCAR along with NAR have recommend that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac be replaced by a non-shareholder owned authority, subject to tighter regulations.
