As California laws continue to make it easier to build an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), more homeowners are taking advantage of this opportunity. Building an ADU can be a great way to add more housing to the community, house extended family and add value to a property.
If you and your clients are interested in learning more about ADUs, join us at this FREE event hosted by the non-profit ADU Resource Center of San Mateo County to get your questions answered!
Whether you're curious about design, cost, financing, or ROI, you'll have the chance to speak directly with industry experts (architects, contractors, lenders & more), get expert insights from an ADU specialist on what you can build, learn about opportunities to rent your unit out affordably to community members, and hear presentations on various aspects of ADU construction.
Attendees will be able to tour real ADUs in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties after the Fair.
Date: Sunday, October 11
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
