iBox Operational Instructions
The most current Supra® lockbox model available to SAMCAR members is the iBox BT LE, which can be identified by the engraved marker on the front of the lockbox. Lockboxes marked "iBox BT" are the previous generation. While iBox BT are still functional, eKEY users with an iPhone will need a fob to open these boxes. A fob is not required to open the iBox BT LE.

Opening the iBox

When prompted, point the DisplayKEY directly at the infrared lens located on the iBox.

For best results, the distance between your Key and the iBox should be within one foot. In direct sunlight you may need to shade the area between the Key and the iBox or place the Key right next to the iBox.

Wait for the completion tones before breaking the connection between your Key and iBox.

After a few seconds, the key container unlocks.

Press up on the bottom of the key container within 30 seconds to remove the key container from the iBox. After 30 seconds the key container relocks.
Replacing the key container

When you replace the key container hold the compartment with the keys facing you.

Insert the key container into the bottom of the iBox.

Push up on the key container until it closes.
Opening the shackle
On your key, from the main menu scroll to release shackle, press enter; when prompted enter 4-digit Shackle Code, press enter and point key at iBox. To release the shackle, hold the box, push down firmly on the top of the shackle then pull up on the shackle to completely remove it.
Assigning your Lockbox to your Listing

Log in to pro.MLSlistings.com

My Info > Setup Keybox > Enter Supra Listing Agent (LAG) ID (usually your CalBRE license number)

Go to your listing(s), assign the Supra box number

Enter your keybox serial # and shackle code, click assign
View Showing Activity
On your key, select Read Keybox, press Enter. Select New Read. Point your key at the iBox. The showing entries display agent's key serial number and the time the listing was shown. Press enter for the agent's name and phone number.

Supra Remote Keybox Programming
eKEY users can now ask their Supra System administrator to program their iBox BT and iBox BT LE keyboxes without having to bring keyboxes into the Association or MLS. Changes can be made to the following items:
