New MLS Rules Update: Effective May 1, 2019

In March, the MLSListings Board of Directors adopted new NAR / C.A.R. mandatory MLS rule changes which affect brokers and agents.

Here is a quick summary:

  • Restates that all Subscribers are subject to the MLS rules

  • All Subscribers agree to indemnify each other and the MLS against claims for unauthorized content publication

  • Subscribers agree to the MLS process for disputes over unauthorized content before using the courts

Your key will automatically update to the new service level—Supra eKEY Professional. No additional action is required of you.
