Each Tuesday morning, SAMCAR hosts a weekly Marketing Meeting on Zoom welcoming more than 130 attendees. These meetings provide members an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge from informative presentations, network with colleagues, and share listings. Presenters enjoy an opportunity to educate and engage with a group of Realtors and affiliated professionals in the real estate industry. Each week, the Marketing Meeting welcomes a featured speaker for a topical presentation. Requirements for this presentation opportunity, include:
Speaker time slots are 15 to 20 minutes, including time for questions.
Preference is given to SAMCAR members who are qualified to speak on the topic.
The presentation must be for the education of the attendees only, and not an advertisement for the speaker, their organization or business
Speaker submissions will be presented to the Marketing Meetings Committee for review.
The Affiliate Spotlight is a brief (2-min.) opportunity for Affiliate members to introduce yourself on our weekly Marketing Meeting which takes place every Tuesday morning on Zoom.
These spotlight segments typically occur near the start of the meeting (8:30 AM) after the pledge of allegiance.
The presenter can share their screen and drop links, flyers, etc. into the Zoom chat feature. We ask that the presentation is kept to under two minutes.
The Rate Watch segment of the meeting is a brief (2-min.) opportunity for Affiliate member lenders to provide market commentary and review some rates offered by their institution. Rate Watch is not for self-promotion.
To submit a request for any of the above presentations, please email the Marketing Meetings Committee via Staff Liaison, Dalen Gilbrech. For requests to provide the main presentation, please provide a topic and outline of your presentation.
