Supra Keybox Security Update Requires eKEY Version 2.0 or Higher
Supra has implemented a security update for keyboxes in order to maintain the highest quality standards. Supra eKEY users should be sure to update the eKEY app to the most current version.
As of April 26, 2021, with this update to keyboxes:

eKEYs with versions below 2.0 of the eKEY app will not be able to open keyboxes. Individuals who do have not the current eKEY app on their device will be required to download the latest version. Updates to the Supra eKEY app for Android and Apple are available from the respective app stores.

Some older smartphones and tablets will no longer be able to open keyboxes. This includes Palm, Windows Mobile, BlackBerry OS less than 4.5, and Apple OS less than 4.3.

IMPORTANT! It is a violation of the Supra® Keyholder Agreement to lend or share your Supra® Key. SAMCAR will impose a FINE of $1,000 to anyone lending or sharing their key. ONLY the keyholder may use or be in possession of the key. |
