Cooperating Key Access

Supra® EKEY users may obtain cooperating key service in several surrounding counties without being a member of the cooperating MLS or Association.

SAMCAR and associations in the KIM Users Group (Bay East, Bridge, Contra Costa County, Delta, Monterey County, San Benito County, San Francisco, Santa Clara County, Santa Cruz County, Silicon Valley, Tuolomne) have established automatic cooperative reciprocal key and lockbox access, at no additional fee or cost, as well as with the associations that are members of CRMLS provided they are using Supra® boxes.

If you are from another Association and need your key to work in San Mateo County, please complete a Cooperating Key Form and obtain a "Letter of Good Standing" from your MLS and send both to samcar@samcar.org

Obtaining Cooperating Key Service with MetroList or BAREIS

MetroList and BAREIS, and associations that are covered by their MLS services (Sacramento and Central Valley, Marin and Sonoma counties, for example), are not part of this automatic reciprocal key access and agents seeking to access Metrolist or BAREIS lockboxes will still need to pay for cooperating key access with those MLSs.
