Burlingame Seeks to Fill City Council Vacancy

September 12, 2014

With the recent resignation of Councilman Jerry Deal, the city of Burlingame invites applicants to offer their interest, experience, and enthusiasm in service of their City.

If you are interested in applying for this position, please complete an application and return it to the City Clerk by 5 PM on Monday, September 22.

This vacant seat will be up for election in November 2015.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Before interviewing, applicants are required to attend a regular meeting of the City Council. All meetings are open to the public. Visit the city's homepage for a meeting calendar.
At the time of their application and throughout their term, applicants shall be registered, qualified electors of the City of Burlingame. (The Library Board, which is set by state law requirements, does not have a residency or registration provision.)
